Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on catalog items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Standard product returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, is unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at support@cc-efi.com to initiate the return request. If your return is approved, a return authorization number will be sent to you with information on where to return the product and when it must be received by. Returns must be sent back via prepaid shipping, unless there was a fulfillment error, product defect, or warranty claim where we will provide a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Any items sent back to us without return approval will not be accepted.

Custom product orders, involving custom designs, modifications, colors, and other non-standard or catalog options are not returnable unless the product delivered did not meet the specifications of what was promised and sold, in which case we will take full responsibility to resolve and replace or credit you. We stand behind our work and work carefully to ensure any custom projects have sign-offs and documentation to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to ensure you carefully evaluate the size, weight, and your ability to move and place our products before purchasing–as they are built to last and come fully assembled.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have per the above instructions, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
